How Locufy works for customers

Nearest firstResults are listed by how far the provider actually is from you — not by who paid for the spot.
One score from every reviewGoogle, Trustpilot and Locufy reviews combined into one score, weighted by how many there are — so a 5.0 from three reviews does not outrank a 4.8 from three hundred.
Free for customersSearching, comparing and booking cost nothing. Providers set their own rates and you see them up front.

TIPS, STORIES AND OFFERS — BY CATEGORY

Pick the categories you care about. One email each, never more.

Guides from people who do the work, seasonal checklists, what things cost near you, and Locufy-only discounts — written about the service, not about us. Each category you tick is one email, at most once a week. Unsubscribe from any of them with one tap.

Questions people ask

Type what you need and your town or postcode in the search box, or pick a category below and choose the service. The nearest come first.

Yes. Searching, comparing and booking are free for customers. There is no account needed to look, and no fee added to what the provider charges.

Hourly services (cleaning, dog walking, babysitting and the like) show a rate per hour and are booked straight away. Bigger jobs — a bathroom, a rewire, an extension — are quoted: you describe the job and local companies come back with a price.

Nearest to you first, then by score. The score combines a company's Google, Trustpilot and Locufy reviews, weighted by how many there are. Every provider sets their own rate. Nobody can pay to appear higher in the list.
