How is a provider's score worked out?

Google, Trustpilot and Locufy reviews are combined into one score, weighted by how many reviews each source has. A provider with no reviews shows no score.

Why is a provider at the top?

Because they are nearest to you, then best scored. Nobody can pay to be placed higher.
