About The Pantry MacDonagh Junction

The Pantry MacDonagh Junction is a café in Workhouse Square, in the MacDonagh Junction shopping centre in Pennefatherslot, Kilkenny. It is part of The Pantry Cafe chain, which was established in October 2016 with homecooked food and quality service in mind. The menu runs from all-day breakfasts to healthy hot and cold dishes, and the pancake stacks are a speciality. The interior has a vintage country style that makes for a relaxed atmosphere. The chain says its ingredients are locally sourced, and it pours its own roasted bean barista coffee. The Pantry won the Best Emerging Franchise Award in 2023 and 2024. You can eat in or take away.
