How It Works

There are no subscription fees for customers to browse and book on Locufy. You only pay for the service itself.

Providers verify their email and phone when they join, and each document a provider uploads — including VAT registration for companies and insurance where relevant — shows as a badge — “uploaded”, then “verified” once we have read and checked it — and you can ask to see the document. Each provider's badges and real customer reviews are shown clearly on their profile, so you can see exactly what each provider has shown before you book.

Sending a request is free — no card needed. Once your provider accepts, you confirm the booking with a small 10% deposit paid by card. The remaining balance is paid directly to your provider in cash on the day, once the job is done. Simple and transparent, with no money held by the platform.

Hourly services let you hire individual providers by the hour at their set rate. Fixed-cost services are offered by companies with upfront pricing for specific jobs like deep cleaning or end of tenancy.

Click 'Become a Provider' in the navigation, choose whether you're an hourly service provider or a company, and follow the signup process. Hourly signup is free, and companies get their first year free.
