WYLD dining

About WYLD dining

WYLD dining hosts woodland dining events in a wooded setting near Whaddon, in Buckinghamshire, on the edge of south Milton Keynes. The events aim to bring people closer to each other and to nature, and to reconnect them with where their food comes from. The menu draws on local, seasonal and sustainable produce, with the team's own WYLD venison at its heart. The team argues that eating wild venison helps ease the pressure of overpopulated deer, which in turn supports woodland biodiversity, soil quality and regeneration. You can dine in among the trees, so the surroundings become part of the evening.
