About The Stratton Arms
The Stratton Arms is a small, historic community pub in the village of Turweston, near Brackley in Buckinghamshire. Landlord Billy, along with his dog Frankie and the team, runs it as a hub for local people and is keen to hear what customers would like to see added. The building has an unusual past: before it became a pub it served as the village morgue, and the tunnel that once led to the church now houses the cellar. The pub serves beer and bar snacks, and its large outside seating area, children's play area and field running alongside the small River Great Ouse give plenty of space outdoors. Motorhome and camping spaces are also available. A pub food menu of hearty, comfort-food classics is being prepared.
