About The Pilgrim Pub
The Pilgrim is an owner-run pub on the High Street of North Marston, a Buckinghamshire village. Brett and Nadia run it, and the menu draws on Nadia's Turkish roots and Brett's Australian ones, with both traditions sharing food at the table. Dishes are contemporary and seasonal, vegetables lead the way, and ingredients are sourced locally and sustainably. Nothing is split into starters and mains; everything comes full size and is passed around. Inside are heavy beams, log fires and a cosy bar-lounge, and a large beer garden that guests favour in warmer months. The pub is in the MICHELIN Guide Great Britain & Ireland and placed 75th in The Good Food Guide's list of Top 100 Best Pubs in Britain 2025. You can eat in.
