St. Eia, on The Digey in St Ives, is a wine bar, coffee shop and bottle shop with the feel of a long lunch in rural France. The kitchen cooks food built around produce from nearby organic growers and meat from local farmers. The wine is the centre of the place: a deep cellar of natural wines chosen for lift and a light touch, from producers who use little sulphur or none at all. The by-the-glass list changes daily, and old and rare bottles come up from the cellar each week for the specials board, while the bottle list is extensive. It also runs as an online bottle shop, and it is in The MICHELIN Guide. You can eat in or take away.
