About

About Poco

Poco is an Italian restaurant and bottle shop on the High Street in Alfriston, East Sussex, with a family story at its heart. The family's grandparents left Abruzzo for England in 1946, and that heritage shapes the rustic dishes, handmade in the kitchen. Food is designed for sharing, and the menu changes regularly to make use of fresh Sussex produce. Sunday roasts have returned to the menu. The bottle shop holds a wide selection of wines, which you can take home or drink with your meal. The takeaway menu brings the same Italian cooking home to you. Pasta-making workshops are held here too, where guests learn to make two kinds of fresh pasta, with one cooked in the kitchen and the second packed to take away. Gift vouchers redeemable for food and drink are available in any amount.
