Pluma

About Pluma

Pluma is a Spanish kitchen and tapas restaurant on the High Street in Amersham, run by a family with Spain close to their hearts. The menu takes traditional Spanish dishes and gives them a modern twist. Much of the produce comes from Spain, and the kitchen also uses fresh, local ingredients. Head chef Javier, who stays true to his Spanish roots, puts respect for ingredients at the centre of the kitchen. The restaurant blends rustic Spanish textures with a clean, modern space. The family sees good service as part of the meal, from the welcome at the door to the plates at your table. You can eat in, choosing tapas or larger dishes to share.
