Pizzarova makes handmade sourdough pizza, and the Park Street shop is one of its Bristol branches. Each base begins with flour, water and salt, leavened by a live starter that is cared for every day. The team sources produce from local suppliers and visits them regularly to understand the ingredients they work with. Vegan options are on the menu too, and the menu also includes a monthly special and lunch options. At Park Street you can eat in or order for collection. The approach is simple: honest dough, careful sourcing and pizza made without fuss, with the focus kept on good ingredients.
