Lury

About Lury

Lury is a contemporary restaurant on Cambridge Road in Hastings, where you can dine in on a single tasting menu built around ingredients, memory and culture. The kitchen draws on British and Sri Lankan heritage, including the Burgher community's blend of European ancestry with the produce of Sri Lanka, and the chef's own British, European and Sri Lankan background shapes the menu. Dishes change with whatever produce arrives that day, so the menu reflects the kitchen's ethos rather than a fixed list. Tables can be booked up to two months ahead through the restaurant's site, and each table takes up to six guests. Larger groups are asked to contact the restaurant directly before booking.
