Bravas

About Bravas

Bravas is a tapas bar and restaurant on Cotham Hill in Redland, Bristol. It began as an at-home supper club run by Kieran and Imogen Waite, who turned their love of Spanish food into this homely restaurant. The menu covers the tapas classics, including tortilla, boquerones and patatas bravas, and the kitchen still experiments, testing new fillings for its croquette of the day. Staff travel to Spain to research suppliers. Dishes are simple, freshly prepared and meant to be shared, served with a good selection of Spanish wines and cold beers poured into frozen glasses. You can eat in, with plenty of seats kept for walk-ins and a bar for a glass of sherry before ordering.
