Bishop's

About Bishop's

Bishop's is a modern British bar and bistro on the cobbles in Howden, with its entrance on Vicar Lane. The kitchen serves food throughout the day, from classic lunches and light bites through to evening meals, mixing pub favourites with seasonal specials made from local produce. Guest ales sit alongside a range of wines and premium spirits at the bar. Live sport is shown on Sky Sports and TNT Sports, and dogs are welcome. Throughout the year the bar runs themed evenings, including steak nights, tapas nights and quizzes, plus live music and special events. For celebrations, The Hideaway is a private room above the bar with its own bar, air conditioning and space for up to 40 seated guests. Bishops Apartment, a short walk away, offers somewhere to stay. You can eat in.
