Aunty Vics is a Ghanaian kitchen on Castle Street in High Wycombe, run by Aunty Vic, who has spent a quarter of a century cooking and catering for Ghanaian families in the area. She is now passing her heritage and traditions on to a younger generation. The menu is built on family recipes and runs from meat dishes to vegetarian options, including jollof and chicken, bean stew, lamb and spinach stew, and waakye, with plantain on the side. Specials include tilapia with banku and okra stew with banku. Dishes are made in-house using fresh ingredients and spices. The kitchen also takes on corporate events, weddings and parties, and you can order for delivery or collection.
