How the Locufy score works
Every provider on Locufy has one score. It brings together the reviews they've earned on Locufy with their public ratings on Google and Trustpilot, so you see the whole picture in one place.
What goes in
reviews left on Locufy by customers who booked through us; the provider's Google rating; their Trustpilot rating, where they have one.
How it's shown
the score is out of 5. Beside it you'll see roughly how many reviews it rests on, such as “based on 100+ reviews”. Tap Google or Trustpilot on any profile to read those reviews at the source.
What you won't see
we never show Google or Trustpilot review text on Locufy, only their rating. Any review you read here was written on Locufy.
New providers
a provider who hasn't been reviewed yet shows “No reviews yet” instead of a score.
