About Vaughan's on the Prom

Vaughan's on the Prom is a casual restaurant on the Lahinch promenade in Co. Clare, run by the Vaughan family. It focuses on seafood from local and sustainable sources, and most of the menu is sourced from within County Clare. The family's first venue, the Anchor Inn in Liscannor, opened in 1979, and the Prom restaurant is the newest of the family's businesses. The kitchen makes everything from scratch and works with the seasons. You can eat in, and the restaurant sits next door to Spooney's ice-cream parlour on the seafront.
