About The Silver Room Restaurant
The Silver Room Restaurant is on Bishop Street in Gortboy, Newcastle West, County Limerick. It was founded in February 2017 by two lifelong friends, Maciej and Wojtek, and has grown into a family-run business. The restaurant focuses on locally sourced Irish food: pork from a Rathkeale producer, lamb and steaks from County Cork, and fish and seafood from County Kerry. Fruit and vegetables come from a producer in Fenit, and the menu uses locally made black pudding. The wine list is chosen by a wine merchant from Ardagh, and the cocktail menu is developed by a world cocktail champion. You can eat in or take away.
