About

About Statham’s by Pembroke Kilkenny

Statham’s by Pembroke Kilkenny is a restaurant on Patrick Street in the heart of Kilkenny city, and it is part of the Pembroke Kilkenny hotel. Executive chef Ken Harker and his team cook farm-to-fork Irish food, from breakfast and brunch to lunch and dinner, with sharing plates, desserts, coffees and cocktails. The team works with local suppliers, and the menus are driven by local and Irish produce. The restaurant runs a supper club and hosts parties, events and Christmas dining. You can eat in, indoors or in the heated courtyard, or take away from the same menus. The restaurant was named Ireland's Best Hotel Restaurant 2026, and it was given the Best Contemporary Irish Cuisine in Leinster title by the Irish Restaurant Awards in 2024. It also won awards for Best Casual Dining and for Best Emerging Irish Cuisine in 2022.
