About Lobstar

Lobstar is a lobster and steak bistro in the heart of Monkstown, co-owned by head chef Zsolt Zakar and manager Veronika Zakar. The menu follows the seasons and draws on Irish ingredients, with fresh Irish lobster and dry aged steak among the dishes. The kitchen works with what is seasonally available at the market. The room is relaxed and funky, and the cooking is locally focused with a global outlook. Coffee, brunch, dinner and wine are all part of the offer. You can dine in or collect your order.
