About Lil Bros Pizza

Lil Bros Pizza is a NY-style slice shop on Eyre Square in Galway, serving pizza by the slice and full 20-inch pies. The dough is made from five varieties of organic flour and is slow-fermented with a sourdough starter, which gives a crisp, airy, easy-to-digest base. The pizzas are topped with Irish produce. The shop is part of The Dough Bros, and it sells digital vouchers that can be given as gifts. You can order for takeaway or collection online.
