About La Côte Seafood Restaurant
La Côte, on Custom House Quay in Wexford town, is a seafood restaurant with a contemporary feel, overlooking the Irish Sea and Wexford's mussel trawlers. The restaurant is run by the chef Paul Hynes, who trained with Michelin, and his wife Edwina, who manages the front of house. The menus offer Irish seafood with a modern European influence, inspired by produce gathered from land and sea. La Côte holds a Michelin Plate. Its earlier honours include Seafood Restaurant of the Year 2016 from the Georgina Campbell Ireland Guide, and Best Restaurant and Best Chef for County Wexford, Irish Restaurant Awards 2018. You can eat in, and you can book a table online.
