Opens today 12:30★ 4.6Stock imageAbout Kirwan's
The Seafood Bar at Kirwan's is a seafood restaurant in Kirwan's Lane, in the medieval centre of Galway city. The lane has 16th and 17th century architecture, and the two-floor restaurant was opened in 1996 by Mike O'Grady, once the lane had been restored from dereliction. Mark Hopkins, the executive head chef, has run the kitchen for 21 years, under the ethos From Sea to Plate. The menu has à la carte and lunch options, a dessert menu and a wine list. Set menus are arranged for corporate events and weddings, for groups of 15 or more. Gift vouchers can be bought online, and you can eat in.
