Kai is a Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurant on Sea Road in the Westend of Galway, with stone floors and an interior that feels like home. It was opened in 2011 by Jess, from New Zealand, and Dave Murphy, from Carlow. Kai is the Maori word for food. The kitchen works with local suppliers and seasonal ingredients, so the menu changes as the seasons do.
