John Keogh's is a gastropub and party venue on Dominick Street Upper, in Galway's West End. The kitchen serves Irish gastropub food that mixes old-school classics with bolder dishes. The steaks are Irish and aged for 28 days, and the seafood comes from the west coast. Pasta is made in-house, and the desserts are made by the in-house pastry chef. There is a wine list, cocktails and craft beers, and the private bar and rooms host birthdays, engagements, corporate events and wedding after-parties for groups of up to 120 people. Reservations for up to six can be booked online, and larger groups book by email. You can eat in.
