About

About Italian Connection

Italian Connection is a family run restaurant on Parliament Street in the Gardens area of Kilkenny city, founded in 1990 by the Cardillo family. The family is originally from Cervaro in Frosinone, southern Italy, and Carlo Cardillo moved to Ireland in 1974. He met Berna Cardillo in 1984, and together they created the restaurant. The menu has classic, hearty Italian dishes, and guests are welcomed as if they were stepping into the family's home. You can eat in or take away.
