About Gourmet Parlour
Gourmet Parlour is an artisan food company on Bridge Street in Sligo, established in 1990. It bakes its own bread every day and makes cakes, desserts, sandwiches, salads, savoury pies, quiches, lasagnes and gourmet pastries. Ingredients are locally sourced. Free-range eggs and real butter go into the baking, and organic produce is used where possible. Hot lunch and soup are served daily, and the shop also sells traditional bread and preserves. Occasion cakes are made for weddings, birthdays and retirements, catering is available, and there is a coffee shop in Collooney. Gluten-free options are available. You can take away or collect your order.
