About Forge Wood Fired Pizza
Forge Wood Fired Pizza is on Ashe Street in Tralee, serving Neapolitan-style sourdough pizza. The dough is slow fermented, which gives it its flavour and makes it easy to digest. The ingredients come from artisan Italian and Irish producers, and the pizzas are named after surf spots on Brandon Bay and the waters around Castlegregory. Garlic bread and dips are on the menu too, along with extra toppings from wild mushrooms to Italian prosciutto and a choice of smoked cheeses. You can eat in or take away.
