About Dubh
Dubh is a restaurant, bar and café on George's Street in Newbridge, on the corner of one of the town's oldest streets, facing the old market square. Over the years the building has housed a pub, a venue and a grocery shop, and Dubh moved in during 2021 after starting as a small café across the road. The kitchen cooks seasonal dishes with produce from local producers and farmers, and the wines are organic and natural. Music, drinks and events are part of the programme, and pizza is on the menu. The café serves coffee and brunch. You can eat in or take away.
