It opened its doors in April 2022, carrying on the Hayes family's restaurant tradition, as the family ran a restaurant in central Thurles during the 50's and 60's. The Arch Bar is part of the same business, which also has its own food and a gig guide, and it runs Liberty Catering. Guests come for the fine dining experience, and you can dine in here.
