Burzza is a restaurant on John Street in Waterford city that brings wood-fired pizza and flame-grilled burgers under one roof. It has operated since 2014, and the menu also includes fresh pastas, bites, craft beer, cocktails and wine. The pizza base is slow-proved and shaped by hand, and the burgers are 100% Irish beef sourced locally with no fillers. Weekend brunch is served, with pancakes, Southern fried chicken waffles and smashed avocado toast on the menu, and bottomless prosecco and mimosas on offer. You can dine in or order for collection.
